One day this week, after work, David went hunting with Mark....for doves...or I call them little Jesus birds. He killed a few. I refuse to eat them but he had fun hunting!

Our Lazy Day

Today has been a lazy day for us....well, for myself and the pets...
David had to work since it is Operation Holiday but got home at 4.

Two new additions to the baby room

Well, we actually got some work done this weekend. Check out the new curtains in the baby room and the new decoration over the baby bed! Yippe! 11 week to go!

Summer Solstice (Seattle, WA)

On our way to the airport (after the Alaskan cruise) we ran into an interesting Seattle Tradition. On the hottest day of the year (historically) a bunch of people would get together, strip to nothing, paint their bodies and drive around down town naked on their roller blades or bicycles. I debated whether or not I should even post this but you guys really should get a "snippet" of what we were exposed to in Seattle. :) haha! enjoy! Don't go enlarging the photos!

A family of Orca Whales in Prince Rupert (British Columbia)

Our last cruise stop was Prince Rupert in Canada which ended up being my absolutely favorite. For over an hour we were able to follow this family of orcas (mommy/daddy and baby orca). We learned alot of interesting facts about orca's life but also other whales (like the humpbacks) which were native to the area but we did not see...Arent' these precious?

The Nursery

The Nursery has been completed. It has been painted by my dad and touched up by Mary Lou and the chair rail was put up by David and Stanley. Thank you to all, I really appreciate it. The furniture made it's way from the garage to the nursery after the paint dried and the chair rail was up. As you can see, we had a bit of an assembling party after which we hit up the steak house to relax. Whew! Thank you all so much for helping with it, would not have been able to do it without you!
