NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration)

We visited NASA (Houston, TX) before we went on our Carribbean vacation. Aunt Nancy and Uncle Kenneth were so gracious in allowing us to stay with them for 2 nights. Such great hosts! Thanks Again!

Together, the four of us went to NASA - Johnson Space Center where we had a blast. See for yourself.

JAMAICA!

Well, we are back from our fabulous tropical vacation. We visited Jamaica, Cozumel/Playa Del Carmen, Grand Cayman and beautiful Houston, TX. We spend two days with Uncle Kenneth and Aunt Nancy and had a blast with them at Johnson Space Center (NASA, pictures to follow).

I will post a different blog about a different island every day so stay tuned and come back tomorrow.

Jamaica was fabulous. It took us approximately 2 hours to get to these dolphins each way but as you can see, it was every minute well spent with no regrets.

This was our first encounter with dolphins and we had a chance to meet this wonderful dolphin Calypso who is 6 years old. It's a girl dolphin and she loved to give out kisses.

THANKS TO ALL!

I have not posted any pictures from David's birthday but I will try to today.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who came and all the wonderful gifts David Received. You guys should not have! Everyone was so generous and nice that I wanted to post what David ended up doing with some of his bday money, since everyone pitched in.

Well, for starters.....We were able to purchase a wireless router for the house so we would have wireless internet and also purchased a wireless card for David's XBox 360 so David does not have to drag the ethernet cord across the house anymore.

David also got 2 pairs of Polo Shorts and a golf shirt from Khols and he even bought me a few things for our vacation (dress/shorts/shirts). That was sweet of him.

My sisters gave David a gift card to Levi's Outlet in Terrell so David bought 2 pairs of slacks, t shirt and a golf shirt. So David's got more clothes than me now. :)

I will attach some pictures to this blog later where you can see what other great gifts Dave got and how much fun we had.

SO SORRY!

Very sorry to all for not writing so long! It has been busy and hectic and the last 10 days just flew by with out any warning.

Where do I begin? Well, I will leave Dave’s party off for another blog since there are pictures involved. Last week, Dave and I spent some
time cleaning the house and getting the house Party-Worth and Party-Ready. That took a while.

Last week was a short week but stressful because it was our quarter end at work which means crunch time. Overall we did well.
However, with 4th of July and it being a short week, I feel like I did not get a whole lot done. I know I did but the 3 day weekend had me thrown off.

I stayed home on Thursday and worked from home. Dave and I went and had sushi for lunch in Mesquite at Kaze. Great sushi there. We had tuna, salmon and spicy salmon.
Ofcourse a few California rolls as well. Then we went to Old Navy and picked up a few tshirts for David b/c all of his tshirts are either old or have spots all over them that are forever stuck on the shirt.
Friday we spent the majority of the day lounging around the house and then Dave went to work the fireworks at Firewheel mall in Garland….YUK!
I, on the other hand went to Monica’s to celebrate 4th of July there. Since she lives outside the city limits, they are allowed to shoot their own so we watched all her neighbors shoot the fireworks while we enjoyed.
2 lawn chairs and 2 drinks were a requirement.

Then Saturday I came to help Monica paint her bathroom and bedroom…Sunday was Canton! Yippe!

I think you are all caught up now! 
